BY-LAW_NO. 4064/92
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 13, Plan 40M-1443 and
Blocks 15 attd 14, Plan 40M-1502, Pickering, as public
highway (Fawndale Road reserves).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 13, Plan 40M-1443,
Picketing and Blocks 13 and 14, Plan 40M-1502, Pickering, and wishes to dedicate them as public
highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 13, Plan 40M-1443, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Fawndale Road).
Blocks 13 and 14, Plan 40M-1502, Pickering, are hereby dedicated as public highway
(Fawndale Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of August, 1992.
