BY-LAW NUMBER 4056/92
Being a By-law to amend Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 3117/89, which amended
RestrictedArea (Zoning) B~-la.w 3036, as amended, to implement the Official Plan
of the Town of Pickering District Planning Area, Region of Durham in Lot 32 and
Part of Block 46, Plan 40M-1508. (A 22/88(R))
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town o.f Pickering passed By-law 3117/89,
amending By-law 3036, as amended, to permit the residential development of lands being Lots
41 and 42, Plan 40M-1507 and Blocks 44, 45 and 46 on Plan 40M-1508 in the Town of
Pickering;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing now deems it
desirable to amend By-law 3117/89, to permit the development of two detached dwellings on
the subject lands being LOt 32 and Part of Block 46, Plan 40M-1508 in the Town of Pickermg;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
2. SCHEDULE AMENDMENT
(1) Schedule. A to By-law 3117/89 is hereby amended by changing from "S2" to "S3" the
zone designation of the lands shown on Schedule I attached hereto.
3. BY-LAW ;3117/89
By-law 3117/89 is hereby amended, only to the extent necessary to give effect to the
provisions of this By-law as it applies to the area set out in Schedule I attached hereto.
Definitions and subject matters not specifically dealt with in this By-law shall be governed
by the relevant provisions of By-law 3117/89, and By-law 3036, as amended.
4. EFFECTIVE DATE
This By-law shall take effect from the day of passing hereof subject to the approval of the
Ontario Municipal Board, if required.
