BY-LAW NUMBER 4039/92
Being a by-law to amend By-law Number
3632/91 to designate the Hamlet of
Whitevale in the Town of Pickering as
a Heritage Conservation District
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
enacted By-law Number 3632/91 on January 21, 1991 to designate the
Hamlet of Whitevale in the Town of Picketing as a Heritage
Conservation District; and
Whereas the Ontario Municipal Board, at a Hearing held on February
18, 1991, ordered that By-law Number 3632/91 be amended to provide a
Schedule "A" showing precisely the area of the Hamlet of Whitevale
that is to be designated as a Heritage Conservation District;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule "A" to By-law Number 3632/91 is hereby deleted and
Schedule "I" attached hereto is substituted therefore.
2. This by-law shall not take effect until approved by the Ontario
Municipal Board.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and PASSED this 15th day
of June, 1992.
