BY-LAW NUMBER 4035/92
Being a by-law to appoint three
additional persons to the Town of
Pickering Local Architectural
Conservation Advisory Committee
Whereas By-law 2344/86, enacted on December 15, 1986, establishes a
Local Architectural Conservation Advisory Committee consisting of a
minimum of five members; and
Whereas pursuant to Section 3 of By-law 2344/86, the Council may, by
by-law, replace members as terms of membership expire or appoint
from time to time such new members as it deems desirable;
Whereas the Town of Pickering Local Architectural Conservation
Advisory Committee at its meeting of April 27, 1992 requested that
it membership be increased from the existing eight members;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The membership of the Town of Pickering Local Architectural
Conservation Advisory Con~nittee is hereby increased from eight
to eleven.
2. The following three persons are hereby appointed to the LACAC
for a term to expire on November l, 1994:
Henry M. Gawman
Janis H. Waithe Huberty
David Pickles
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this
15th day of June, 1992.
