By-LAW NQ. 4023/92 __
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2359/87 regulating
parking, standing and stopping on highways and on
private and municipal propers. (Barry Drive, Edmund
Drive and Sundown Crescent)
WHEREAS, pursuant to the predecessor of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. M.45, s.210.52,
210.73, 210.124-126, 210.131, 310, 314.8, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering
enacted By-law 2359/87 regulating parking, standing and stopping on highways and on private and
municipal property;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
I. Schedule I of By-law 2359/87, as mnended, is hereby fmlher amended by adding thereto the
following items:
Barry Drive, Edraund Drive and Sundown Crescent
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 15th day of June, 1992.
