BY-LAW NO. 4019/92
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Release of
the Agreement respecting those parts of Lot 33, Range 3,
B.F.C., Pickering, designated as Parts 2 and 3,
40R-6677, non' comprising Plans 40M-1318, 40M-1443
a~w140M-1457, Pickering.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to remove from title an Agreement between J.F. Cougb. lan Construction Co.
Linfited and the Town dated February 1, 1982 and registered February 16, 1982 as Instrument Number
D135527;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release in the form attached hereto as
Schedule A, of an Agreement dated February 1, 1982 and registered February 16, 1982 as
Instrument Nuruber D135527, between J.F. Coughlan Construction Co. Limited and The
Corporation of the Town of Picketing, respecting those pa_qs of Lot 33, Range 3, B.F.C.,
Pickering, designated as Parts 2 and 3, 40R-6677, now comprising Plans 40M-I 318, 40M-1443
and 40M- 1457, Picker'mg.
2. Schedule A hereto forms part of this By-law.

hereby releases and forever discharges
J.F. COUGHLAN CONSTRUCTION CO. LIMITED
its heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of and from all claims, demands, damages,
actions or causes of action which may have arisen, are arising, or may arise as a result of or in any way
related to an Agreement dated February 1, 1982 and registered as Instrument Number D135527 on
February 16, 1982, between
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
and
J.F. COUGHLAN CONSTRUCTION CO. LIMITED
as it affects those parts of Lot 33, Range 3, B.F.C., Picketing, designated as Parts 2 and 3, 40R-6677,
now comprising Plans 40M-1318, 40M-1443 and 40M-1457, Picketing.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Town has hereunto affixed its corporate seal, attested to by its properly
authorized officers.
