BY-LAW 4007/92
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 58, Plan 40M-1692,
Pickering as public highway (Woodview Avenue road
widening).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 58, Plan 40M-1692,
Picketing and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 58, Plan 40M-1692, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Woodview
Avenue road widening).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 1st day of June, 1992.
