BY-LAW 4006/92
Being a by-law to dedicate those parts of Lots l and 2,
Plan 282, Pickering, designated as Parts 2, 4 and 8, Plan
40R-13449, as public highway (Hogarth Street
reserves/Woodview Avenue road widenings) as public
highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of those parts of Lots 1 and 2, Plan
282, Picketing, designated as Parts 2, 4 and 8, Plan 40R-13449, and wishes to dedicate them as public
highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Lot 1, Plan 282, Pickering, designated as Part 8, Plan 40R-13449, is hereby
dedicated as public highway (Woodview Avenue road widening); and
3. Those parts of Lot 2, Plan 282, Picketing, designated as Parts 2 and 4, Plan 40R-13449, are
hereby dedicated as public highway (Hogarth Avenue reserves).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 1st day of June, 1992.
