BY-LAW NO. 4002/92
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Transfer
of Part Block 19, Plan 40M-1649, Pickering, from The
Corporation of the Town of Pickering to OonaM
Frederick Harrison and Julia Mary Harrison (Part 3,
Plan 40R-J4189; LD 45/92).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Block 19, Plan 40M-1649,
Pickering, being a reserve adjacent to Fiddlers Court, Picketing, and no longer requires that part of the
block designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-14189; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of subsection 193(l) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter
302, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing may pass by-laws for disposing of lands
no longer required for its purposes;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer, in the form attached hereto
as Schedule A, of that part of Block 19, Plan 40M-1649, Pickering, designated as Part 3, Plan
40R-14189, from The Corporation of the Town of Picketing to Donald Frederick Harrison and
Julia Mary Harrison (LD 45/92).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of May, 1992.
