B~Y-LAW NO. 3997/92
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 23 and 24, Plan
40M-1554, Pickering, as public highway (Baylawn
Drive).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 23 and 24, Plan
40M-1554 and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Blocks 23 and 24, Plan 40M-1554, Pickering, are hereby dedicated as public highway
(Baylawn Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of May, 1992.
