BY-LAW NO. 3995/92
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 30, 31 and 32, Plan
40M-1609, Pickering as public highway (Linwood
Street/Cornell Court/Parkdale Street).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picker'mg is the owner of Blocks 30, 31 and 32, Plan
40M-1609, Pickering, and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 30, Plan 40M-1609, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Linwood Street).
2. Block 31, Plan 40M-1609, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Comell Court).
3. Block 32, Plan 40M-1609, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Parkdale Street).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of May, 1992.
