By-law No. 7734/20
Being a by-law to establish and name certain roads
within the City of Pickering, Regional Municipality of
Durham as public highways.
Whereas The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of certain lands Tying
within Pickering, set out herein and wishes to establish them as public highways; and
Whereas pursuant to the Municipal Act, the Council of a local municipality may pass by-
laws for names of highways.
Now therefore the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby enacts as
follows:
1. Block 19, 40M-2402 and Blocks 42 to 45, 40M-2552 are hereby established as
public highway (Shade Master Drive).
2 Block 20, 40M-2402, Blocks 46 to 48, 40M-2552 and Part Lot 1, RCP 820, being
Parts 2 and 3, 40R-28995 are hereby established as public highway (Wingarden
Crescent).
3 Part Lot 1, RCP 820, being Part 1, 40R-28995 is hereby established as public
highway and is hereby named "Wingarden Crescent".
