_BY-LAW NO. 3980/92
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 100, Plan 40M-1652,
Pickering and that part of Lot 26, Concession 2,
Pickering, designated as Part 2, Plan 40R-13186, as
public highway (Lynn Heights Drive).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 100, Plan 40M-1652,
Picketing and that part of Lot 26, Concession 2, Pickering, designated as part 2, Plan 40R-13186, and
wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 100, Plan 40M-1652, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Lynn Heights
Drive).
2. Part of Lot 26, Concession 2, Picketing, designated as Part 2, Plan 40R-13186, is hereby
dedicated as public highway (Lynn Heights Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of May, 1992.
