B~f-LAW NO. 3972/92
Being a by-law to authorize the execution ora Release of
the Agreement respecting Lot 92, Plan 350, Pickering
(nog' Plan 40M-1392, Picketing).
WHEREAS, it is necessary to remove from title an Agreement between Parcival Developments Limited
and the Town dated July 6, 1981 and registered September 2, 1991 as Instrument Nmnber LT133375;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release in the form attached hereto as
Schedule A, of an Agreement dated July 6, 1981, Notice of which was registered September 2,
1991 as Instrument No. LT133375, between Parcival Developments Limited and The
Corporation of the Town of Picker'mg, respecting Lot 92, Plan 350, Picketing (now Plan
40M-1392, Picketing).
2. Schedule A hereto forms part of this By-law.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21 st day of April, 1992.

its heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of and from all claims, demands, damages,
actions or causes of action which may have arisen, are arising, or may arise as a result of or in any way
related to an Agreement dated July 6, 1981 and registered as Instrument Number LT133375 on
September 2, 1991, between
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
and
PARCIVAL DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED
concerning Lot 92, Plan 350, Pickering now comprising Lots 1-23, inclusive, Blocks 24 and 25, Dahlia
Crescent and Maitland Drive, Plan 40M-1392, Picketing.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Town has hereunto affixed its corporate seal, attested to by its properly
authorized officers.
