_BY-_LAW NO. 3953/92
Being a by-law to amend By-law 1473/82 respecting
reduced load periods on Duncannon Drive.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the predecessor of the Highway Traffic Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. H.8, s.122(7),
the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering enacted By-law 1473/82 designating the date
on which a reduced load period shall start or end and the highway or portion thereof under its
jurisdiction to which the designation applies;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
I. Schedule A of By-law 1473/82, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the
following item:
Duncannon Drive
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 23rd day of March, 1992.
