BY-LAW NO. 3952192
Being a by-law to amend By-law 55/74 prohibiting heavy
traffic on Duncannon Drive.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the predecessor of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. M.45, s.210.123, the
Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted By-law 55/74 for prohibiting heavy traffic
on the highways;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENAC'I'S AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule 2 of By-Daw 55['14, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the
following item:
Dnncannon Drive from Fairport Road to Finch Avenue
2. This By-law shall not come into force unless it is approved by the Council of The Regional
Municipality of Durham pursuant to the Regional Municipalities Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. R.8,
s.34.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 23rd day of March, 1992.
