Being a by-law w amend By-law 2359/87 regulating
parking, standing and stopping on highways and on
private and municipal property.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the predecessor of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. M.45, s,210.52,
210.73, 210.124-126, 210.131, 310, 314.8, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing
enacted By-law 2359/87 regulating parking, standiug and stopping on highways and on private and
municipal property;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
I. Schedule I of By-law 2359/87, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the
following item:
Duncannon Drive
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 23rd day of March, 1992.
