BY-LAW NQ.3950/92
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Release
and Discharge of the Subdivision Agreement respecting
Plan 40M~1479, Pickering.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Planning Act R.S.O. 1990, Chap. P.13, s.51, The Corporation of the Town
of Picketing and Fairport Developments Inc. entered into an Agreement dated May 19, 1987, Notice of
which was registered on September 4, 1987 as Instrument No. LT348211, respecting the subdivision
and development of Plan 40M-1479, Picketing; and
WHEREAS the temas and conditions of that Agreement have been complied with to the satisfaction of
the Town;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk axe hereby authorized to execute a Release and Dischaxge, in the form
attached hereto as Schedule A, of the Agreement dated May 19, 1987, Notice of which was
registered September 4, 1987 as Instrument No. LT348211, between Fairport Developments
Inc. and The Corporation of the Town of Picketing, respecting the subdivision and
development of Plan 40M-1479, Picketing.
2. Schedule A hereto forms part of this By-law.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 23rd day of March, 1992.

_RELEASE AND DISCHARGE_
WHEREAS the Agreement dated May 19, 1987, Notice of which was registered September 4, 1987, in
the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40) as Instrument No. LT348211,
between,
FAIRPORT DEVELOPM~LN(~.
hereinafter referred to as the "Company"
TMf.~Q]~ORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
hereinafter referred to as the "Town",
provided for the subdivision and development of lands affected hereby; and
WHEREAS the terms and conditions of that Agreement have been complied with to the satisfaction of
the Town with respect to the lands affected hereby;
THE TOWN HEREBY' remises, releases and forever discharges the Company, its successors and
assigns, from any and all liabilities, actions, causes of action, debts, claims or demands of any kind
whatsoever which the Corupany may have been, is, or may become subject to pursuant to the provisions
of the Agreement.
THIS RELEASE AND DISCHARGE affects the lands described as:
Lots 1-23, inclusive, Plan 40M-1479, in the Town of Picketing, in the Regional Municipality of Durham.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Town has hereunto affixed its corporate seal, attested to by its properly
authorized officers.
