B_Y-LAW NO. 3947/92
Being a by-law to amet,d By-law 1416/82 providing fi~r
the regulation and licensing of places of amusement on
Gwendolyn Street and Rouge Valley Drive.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the predecessor of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. M.45, s.236.6, the
Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering enacted By-law 1416/82 providing for the
regulation and licensing of places of amusement;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing ItEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule A of By-law 1416/82, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the
following items:
Gwendolyn Street and Rouge Valley Drive
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 23rd day of March, 1992.
