BY-LAW NO. 3934/92
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Transit
Advertising Agreement with Street Level Media Inc. for
the period March 17, 1992 to March 16, 1997 (RFP
Q-41-91).
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter M.45, paragraph
210.104, by-laws may be passed by the councils of local municipalities for operating a public bus
transportation system, an aspect of which is adverdsfl~g on and hl buses operated withh~ that system;
NOW TItEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transit Advertising Agreement, in the
form attached herelo as Schedule A, between The Cnrporation of the Town of Picketing and
Street Level Media Inc., respecting advertising in and on Picketing Transit buses. {RFP
