BY-LAW NUMBER 3931/92
Being a by-law to establish fees for
information relating to properties in
the Town of Pickering.
Whereas pursuant to Section 96(3) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990,
C. M.45, council shall fix the sum to be paid to the Clerk by any
person for copies of awards or other documents, or for any other
services rendered by him; and
Whereas it is deemed expedient to increase the fee for information
relating to properties in the Town of Pickering from $60.00 to
$8O.OO;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The fee for information relating to properties in the Town of
Pickering shall be $80.00 per property.
2. This by-law shall take effect on April l, 1992.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this
3rd day of February, 1992.
