BY-LAW NUMBER 3925/92
Being a By-law to amend Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 2015/85, which amended
Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 3036, as amended, to implement the Official Plan of the
Town of Picketing District Planning Area, Region of Durham in Blocks 37 & 38, Plan
40M- 1535, and Part Lot 20, Concession 2, in the Town of Pickering.

WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering passed By-law 2015/85,
amending By-law 3036 as amended, to permit the development of detached dwellings,
semi-detached dwellings, attached dwellings, a school and a neighbourhood park on the subject
lands being Part of Lot 20 and Part of Lot 21, Concession 2 in the Town of Pickering;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing now deems it
desirable to amend By-law 2015/85, to permit the development of eight townhouses and three
detached dwellings on the subject lands being Blocks 37 & 38, Plan 40M-1535, and Part Lot 20,
Concession 2 in the Town of Picketing;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
(1) Section 4(b)(ix)A of By-law 2015/85 is hereby amended by changing the number "80"
to the number "91".
2. SCHEDUI.~ AMENDMENT
(1) Schedule I to By-law 2015/85 is hereby amended by,, changi~ from "S-SD" to
"S-SD-SA" the zone designation of the lands shown in Detail B on Schedule I to
By-law 2015/85.
(2) Schedule I to By-law 2015/85 is hereby amended by adding the lands on Schedule I
attached hereto with the zone designation "S-SD-SA".
3. BY-LAW 2015/85
By-law 2015/85 is hereby amended, only to the extent necessary to give effect to the
provisions of this By-law as it applies to the area set out in Schedule I attached hereto.
Definitions and subject matters not specifically dealt with in this By-law shall be governed
by the relevant provisions of By-law 2015/85, and By-law 3036, as amended.
4. EFFECTIVE DATE
This By-law shall take effect from the day of passing hereof subject to the approval of the
Ontario Municipal Board, if required.
