BY-LAW NUMBER 3916/92
Being a by-law to appoint By-law Enforcement
Officers for certain purposes (Parking Regulation -
925 Bayly Street - OCC #2)
Whereas pursuant to the provisions of section 15 of the Police Services
Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.15, the council of any municipality or the
trustees of any police village may appoint one or more municipal law
enforcement officers who shall be peace officers for the purpose of
enforcing the by-laws of the municipality or police village;
Now Therefore the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
Hereby Enacts as follows:
1. The following persons are hereby appointed as a Municipal Law
Enforcement Officer in and for the Town of Pickertng and are hereby
authorized to enter at all reasonable times upon the lands known as
925 Bayly Street - Ontario Condominium Corporation #2, in order to
ascertain whether the provisions of By-law 2359/87 are obeyed and
to enforce or carry into effect the said by-law:

2. The authority granted in section 1 hereto is specifically limited
to that set out in section l, and shall not be deemed, at any time,
%o exceed the au%hority set out in section 1.
