BY-LAW NU~4BER 3913/92
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2632/88 to
provide for the erection of stop signs on
Linwood Street, Redwood Lane and Bridle
Path Circle
Whereas By-law 2632/88 provides for the erection of "Stop" signs at certain
intersections within the Town of Pickering; and
Whereas it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 2632/88 to provide for the
erection of stop signs on Linwood Street, Redwood Lane and Bridle Path
Circle;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule "I" to By-law 2632/88, as amended, is hereby further amended
by deleting:
Intersections Facing Traffic
49, Linwood Street and Southbound on the easterly and
Bridle Path Circle westerly leg of Bridle Path Circle
and westbound on Linwood Street
50. Linwood Street and Eastbound on Linwood Street and
Redwood Lane northbound on Redwood Lane
and substituting the following therefor:
49. Linwood Street, Eastbound and westbound on Linwood
Redwood Lane and Street
Bridle Path Circle
2, This by-law shall come into force on the day that it is approved by
the Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and PASSED this 20th day of
January 1992.
