BY-LAW NUMBER 3910/92
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2632/88 to
provide for the erection of stop signs at
the intersection of Highview Road and
Amberlea Road
Whereas By-law 2632/88 provides for the erection of "Stop" signs at certain
intersections within the Town of Pickering; and
Whereas it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 2632/88 to provide for the
erection of stop signs at the intersection of Highview Road and Amberlea
Road;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule "I" to By-law 2632/88, as amended, is hereby further amended
by deleting:
Item Intersections Facing Traffic
39. Highview Road and Eastbound and Westbound on Highview
Saugeen Drive and Road, Southbound on Saugeen Drive
Ariel Crescent and Northbound on Ariel Crescent
and adding the following therefor:
39. Highview Road and Eastbound nad westbound on Highview
Amberlea Road Road and northbound and southbound on
Amberlea Road
2. This by-law shall come into force on the day that it is approved by
the Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and PASSED this 20th day of
January, 1992.
