BY-LAW NO. 5620/00
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 161 and 162,
Plan 4OM-1771, Pickering, (Third Concession
Road) as public highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Picketing is the owner of Blocks 161 and 162, Plan
40M-1771, Picketing and wishes to dedicate them as a public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Block 161, Plan 40M-1771, Picketing is hereby dedicated as public highway (Third
Concession Road).
Block 162, Plan 40M-1771, Picketing is hereby dedicated as public highway (Third
Concession Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21 st day of February, 2000.
