BY-LAW NUMBER 4372/93
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2359/87 providing for
the regulating of parking, standing and stopping on
highways or parts of highways under the jurisdiction of the
Corporation of the Town of Picketing and on private and
municipal property.
Whereas By-law 2359/87, provides for the regulating of parking, standing and stopping on
highways or parts of highways under the jurisdiction of the Corporation of the Town of
Picketing and on private and municipal property;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
I. Schedule "A" to By-law 2359/87, is hereby amended by adding the following (No
Parking):
COLUMN I COLUMN I1 COLUMN II COLUMN IV
Prohibited Times
Highway Side Between/And and Days
Esplanade Both 110 metres east of See Note 1
North Glenanna Road and
148 metres east of
Glenanna Road
Esplanade Both 80 metres east of See Note 1
South Glenanna Road and
105 metres east of
Glenanna Road
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and PASSED this 20th day of December,
1993.
