BY-LAW NO. 4368/93
Being a by-law to exempt Lots 55 to 58 and 72 to 82,
Plan 40M-1735, Pickering, from part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, the
council of the municipality may by by-law provide that section 50(5) of the Act does not apply to certain
lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
I. Section 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, does not apply to the lands
described as follows:
Lots 55, 56, 57, 58, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81 and 82, Plan 40M-1735, Picketing.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of December, 1993.
