BY-LAW NUMBER 4361/93
Being a By-law to amend Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 3036, as amended by
By-law 4138/92, to implement the Official Plan of the Town of Pickering District
Planning Area, Region of Durham, in Part of Lot 25, Concession 1, in the Town of
Pickering.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering passed By-law 4138/92,
on December 21, 1992, amending By-law 3036 on certain lands being Part of Lot 25,
Concession 1, in the Town of Pickering, to permit the development of various specia! purpose
commercial uses in addition to storage and light manufacturing uses, with an "(H)' holding
symbol applicable to the special purpose commercial uses;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering now deems it
desirable to further amend By-law 3036, as amended by By-law 4138/92, to remove the "(H)"
holding symbol on the subject lands;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACI'S AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule "1" to By-law 4138/92 is hereby amended by removing the "(H)" holding symbol
~receding the zone category "MI-SC30" on Part of Lot 25 Concession 1, in the Town of
ickering.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 6th DAY OF December , 1993.
READ A THIRD TIME AND PASSED THIS 6th DAY OF December ,1993.
