Dy-LAW 4355/93
Being a by-law to appoint Patrick Pearsall as Fire Chief of
The Corporation of the Town of Pickering effective
November 1, 1993.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 207.45 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990,
chapter M.45, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering may pass by-laws for
appointing such officers and employees as may be necessary for the purposes of the Corporation;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Patrick Pearsall is hereby appointed Fire Chief of The Corporation of the Town of
Pickering, effective November 1, 1993.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 15th day of November, 1993.
