BY-LAW NUMBER 4:351/93
Being a by-law to amend By-law Number 3917/92 to
provide for appointments to the Site Plan Committee.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted By-law
Number 3917/92 on January 20, 1992 to appoint persons to various agencies, boards and
committees; and
WHEREAS the term of ot~ce for the appointees to the Site Plan Committee expires on
November 30, 1993;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 16 of By-law Number 3917/92, as amended by By-law Number 4128/92,
is hereby further amended by deleting therefi'om the following:
Councillor Johnson
Councillor Wellman
and substituting therefore the following:
Councillor Johnson
Councillor Wellman
By-law read a first, second and third time and fmally passed this 15th day of November,
1993.
