BY-LAW NO. 4349/93
Being a by-law to amend By-law 3961/92 respecting
reduced load periods on Dalewood Drive.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Highway Traffic Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. H.8, s.122(7), the Council of The
Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted By-law 3961/92 designating the. date on which a reduced
load period shall start or end and the highway or portion thereof under its jurisdiction to which the
designation applies;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule I of By-law 3961/92, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the
following item:
Dalewood Drive
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 15th day of November, 1993.
