BY-LAW NO. 4340/93
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 20 and 21, Plan
4OM-1727, Pickering. (Meldron Drive/Sandhurst
Crescent).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Blocks 20 and 21, Plan
40M-1727, Picketing and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 20, Plan 40M- 1700, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Meldron Drive).
2. Block 21. Plan 40M-1700, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Sandhurst
Crescent).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and f'mally passed this 1st day of November, 1993.
