BY-LAW NO. 4334/93
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 59 and 60, Plan
4OM-1700, Pickering. (Meldron Drive/Sandhurst
Crescent).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 59 and 60, Plan
40M-1700, Picketing and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 59, Plan 40M-1700, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Sandhurst
Crescent).
2. Block 60, Plan 40M-1700, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Meldron Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and fmally passed this 1st day of November, 1993.
