BY-LAW NO. 4333/93
Being a by-law to exempt Lots 30 to 32 and 39 to 54,
Plan 4OM-1735, Pickering, from part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13, the
council of a municipality may by by-law provide that section 50(5) of the Act does not apply to certain
lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Section 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, does not apply to the lands
described as follows:
Lots 30, 31, 32, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53 and 54, Plan 40M-1735,
Pickering
2. This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 1st day of November, 1993.
