BY-LAW NO. 4328/93
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 89, Plan 40M-1526,
Pickering, as public highway (Dellbrook Avenue).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 89, Plan 40M-1526,
Picketing, and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 89, Plan 40M-1526, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Dellbrook
Avenue).
BY-LAW read a f~rst, second and third time and finally passed this 18th day of October, 1993.
