BY-LAW NUMBER 4324/93
Being a By-law to amend Restricted Area Zoning By-law 2964/88,
which amended Restricted Area Zoning By-law 3036, as amended,
to implement the Official Plan of the Town of Pickering District
Planning Area, Region of Durham in Lots 76 to 79, Plan 40M-1629,
and Lots 1 to 4, Lots 100 to 105, and Lots 150 to 157, Plan
40M-1630. (A 29/92)
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering passed By-law 2964/88,
amending By-law 3036 to permit the residential development of lands being Lots 76 to 79,
Plan 40M-1629 and Lots 1 to 4, Lots 100 to 105, and Lots 150 to 157, Plan 40M-1630 in the
Town of Picketing;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of PickerinK~ovt deems it
desirable to amend By-law 2964/88, to permit the development of twenty-'~s~'~ detached
dwellings on the subject lands being Lots 76 to 79, Plan 40M-1629, and Lots 1 to 4, Lots 100 to
105, and Lots 150 to 157, Plan 40M-1630 in the Town of Pickering;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. SCHEDULE AMENDMENT
Schedule I to By-law 2964/88 is hereby amended by changing the zone designation from
"S1" to "S3" for the lands described as Lots 76 to 79, Plan 40M-1629, and Lots 1 to 4, Lots
100 to 105, and Lots 150 to 157, Plan 40M-1630 in the Town of Picketing, as shown on
Schedule A attached hereto.
2. BY-LAW 2964/88
By-law 2964/88 is hereby amended, only to the extent necessary to give effect to the
provisions of this By-law as it applies to the lands described in Section 1 above.
Definitions and subject matter not specifically dealt with in this By-law shall be governed
by the relevant provisions of By-law 2964/88.
3. EFFECTIVE DATE
This By-law shall take effect from the day of passing hereof subject to the approval of the
Ontario Municipal Board, if required.

DISPOSITION
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NO. 4326/93
Being a by-law to amend By-law 1562/82 temporarily
closing roads for construction purposes (Sheppard
Avenue).
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the predecessor of section 208.4? of the Municipal Act,
R.S.O. 1990, chapter M.45, the Council of The Corporation of the Town o.f P~ckering enacted By-law
1562/82, providing for the temporary closing of roads under the jur~diction of the Town for
construction purposes, and it is necessary to amend that By-law in certain respects;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule A to By-law 1562/82 is hereby amended by adding thereto the Item set out in
Schedule I to this by-law.
