Being a by-law to dedicate Block 45, Platt 40M-1721,
Pickering. (Fairport Road).
WHEREAS The Coq~oration of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Block 45, Plan ,40M-1721,
Picketing and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 45, Plan 40M-1721, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Fairport Road).
BY-LAW read a fkst, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of October, 1993.
