BY-LAW NO. 4321/93
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Trana'fer
of Block 119, Plan 40M-1735, Pickering, from The
Corporation of the Town of Pickering to Bramalea
Limited.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Block 119, Plan 40M-1735,
Picketing, acquired by the Town on September 16, 1993, by virtue of the registration of Instrument No.
LT653527; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of subsection 191(1) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter
M.45, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing wishes to dispose of this land, this land
no longer being required for municipal purposes;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk axe hereby authorized to execute a Transfer/Deed of Land, in the form
attached hereto as Schedule A, from The Corporation of the Town of Pickering to Bramalea
Limited respecting Block 119, Plan 40M-1735, Pickering.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of October, 1993.
