BY-LAW NUMBER 4308/93
Being a by-law to appoint a Fenceviewer
WHEREAS Diane Leslie was appointed as a Fenceviewer by
By-law 3917/92 and is no longer able to carry out her
duties because she does not live in or near the Town of
Pickering;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN
OF PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 6 of By-law Number 3917/92 is hereby amended
by deleting therefrom the following:
Diane Leslie
and substituting therefore the following:
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally
passed this 4th day of August, 1993.
