BY-LAW NO, 43C3/93
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-laws
2219/86, 2250/86, 2269/86, 2268/86, 2270/86 and
2264/86 in Plans 40M-1350 and 40M-1375, Pickering.
WHEREAS,pursuant to the provisions of section 49 of the Planning Act R.S.O. 1990, Chap. P.13, s.50,
the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 2219/86, affecting Blocks 108-111, inclusive, Plan 40M-1350, Pickering and registered
as Instmmem Number LT270490, is hereby repealed.
2. By-law 2250/86, affecting Blocks 100-103, inclusive, Plan 40M-1350, Picketing and registered
as Instrument Number LT275194, is hereby repealed.
3. By-law 2269/86, affecting Block 99, Plan 40M-1350, Picketing and registered as Instrument
Number LT284676, is hereby repealed.
4. By-law 2268/86, affecting Blocks 104 and 105, Plan 40M-1350, Picketing and registered as
Instrument Number LT284677, is hereby repealed.
5. By-law 2270/86, affecting Blocks 106 and 107, Plan 40M-1350, Pickering and registered as
Instrument Number LT284678, is hereby repealed.
6. By-law 2264/86, affecting Blocks 112 and 113, Plan 40M-1350, Picketing and registered as
Instrument Number LT279216, is hereby repealed.
