Being a by-law to amend By-law 1416/82 providing for
the regulation and licensing of places of amusement on
Greenburn Place.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the predecessor of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. M.45, $.236.6, the
Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering enacted By-law 1416/82 providing for the
regulation and licensing of places of amusement;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule A of By-law 1416/82, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the
fo/lowing item:
Greenbum Place
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of June, 1993.
