BY-LAW NUMBER4239/93
Being a By-law to amend By-law 3855/91
to provide for the appointment of
Martin Chan as an Inspector.
WHEREAS pursuant to the predecessor of the Building Code
Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter B.13, section 3(2), the Council
of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted By-law
3855/91 on October 7, 1991 (effective January 1, 1992), to
appoint officials to enforce the Ontario Building Code;
and
WHEREAS it is now appropriate to appoint Martin Chan as an
Inspector;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN
OF PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule A to By-law 3855/91 is hereby amended by
adding thereto the following Item:
7. Inspector Martin Chan
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally
passed this 7th day of June, 1993.
