BY-LAW NO, 4219/93
Being a by-law to repeal By-law 4193/93.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. P.13, the
council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
WHEREAS, it is necessary to repeal By-law 4193/93, enacted by Council on April 5, 1993;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 4193/93 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of May, 1993.
