BY-LAW NO, 4216/93
Being a by-law to repeal By-law 2159/86 exempting Lots
42, 43, 46, 47, 53, 54, 56 and 57, Plan 40M-1362,
Pickering, from part lot control.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. P.13, the
council of a municipality may repeal a part lot control by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 2159/86 respecting Lots 42, 43, 46, 47, 53, 54, 56 and 57, Plan 40M-1362, Picketing, is
hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of May, 1993.
