Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-laws
2134/85, 2157/86, 2164/86, 2217/86, 2265/86 attd
2322/86.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. P. 13, the
council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 2134/85 respecting Lots 88, 95 and 96, Plan 40M-1333, Pickering, is hereby repealed.
2. By-law 2157/86 respecting Lots 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36 and 37, Plan 40M-1272, Picker'mg, is
hereby repealed.
3. By-law 2164/86 respecting Lots 97, 98 and 99, Plan 40M-1333, Picketing, is hereby repealed.
4. By-law 2217/86 respecting Blocks 125, 126 and 127, Plan 40M-1333, Pickering, is hereby
repealed.
5. By-law 2265/86 respecting Lot 84, Plan 40M-1333, Picketing, is hereby repealed.
6. By-law 2322/86 respecting Lots 110 and 111, Plan 40M-1333, Picketing, is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a tn'st, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of May, 1993.
