BY-LAW NO. 4203/93
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Block 25, Plan
40M-1562, Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan
40R-12757, as public highway (Ashwood Gate; LD
141/92).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of that part of Block 25, Plan
40M-1562, Picketing, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-12757, and wishes to dedicate it as public
highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Block 25, Plan 40M-1562, Picketing, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-12757, is
hereby dedicated as public highway (Ashwood Gate).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of April, 1993.
