Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 7 and 8, Plan
40M-1529, Pickering, as public highway (Dahlia
Crescent reserves).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 7 and 8, Plan 40M-1529,
Picketing and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Blocks 7 and 8, Plan 40M-1529, Pickering, are hereby dedicated as public highway (Dahlia
Crescent).
BY-LAW read a fixst, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of April, 1993.
