BY-LAW NO. 4196/93
Being a by-law to amend By-law 1416/82 providing for
the regulation and licensing of places of amusement on
Rambleberry Avenue, Falconcrest Drive, Meadowridge
Crescent, Dunbarton Road, Glenanna Road, Rawlings
Drive, Rowntree Crescent, Rathmore Crescent,
Silverthorn Square, Deerbrook Drive and Honeywood
Crescent.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the predecessor of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. M.45, s.236.6, the
Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering enacted By-law 1416/82 providing for the
regulation and licensing of places of amusement;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule A of By-law 1416/82, as mnended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the
following items:
Rambleben-y Avenue, Falconcrest Drive, Meadowridge Crescent, Dunbarton Road, Glenanna
Road, Rawlings Drive, Rowntree Crescent, Rathmo~e Crescent, Silverthom Square, Deerbrook
Drive and Honeywood Crescent.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of April 1993.
