BY-LAW NO. 4194/93
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2359/87 regulating
parking, standing and stopping on highways and on
private and municipal property.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the predecessor of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. M.45, s.210.52,
210.73, 210.124-126, 210.131, 310, 314.8, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing
enacted By-law 2359/87 regulating parking, standing and stopping on highways and on private and
municipal property;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule I of By-law 2359/87, as amended, is hereby fmther mnended by adding thereto the
following items:
Deerbrook Drive, Honeywood Crescent, Rathmore Crescent, Rawlings Drive, Rowntree
Crescent and Silverthom Square
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of April 1993.
